As a Writers Cup member you are entitled to all current and future privileges and benefits indicated on the writerscup.com website.

Any and all Writers Cup content including but not limited to Writers Cup commercial and private membership websites, both written and implied, is protected by laws of copyright and can not be duplicated or used without the written consent of the owner.

As a member, you agree not to share or distribute membership content and/or information in any way whatsoever, including but not limited to sharing your username and password in order to allow access to the private membership area by anyone other than yourself.

You can cancel a paid membership purchased through Writers Cup at any time by cancelling your subscription payment(s) through your personal PayPal account (any previously paid fees are non-refundable).

If you choose not to be a member of Writers Cup, you automatically forfeit any affiliate privileges, benefits, and all potential sales commission beyond the cancellation date.

Members are responsible for any and all aspects of reporting their own affiliate income (for tax purposes, etc.).

Unsolicited commercial email practices and/or spam are strictly prohibited. Any member found to be using methods that are spam related are subject to having their Writers Cup membership immediately terminated. Additionally, you could be held liable for any resulting damages.

Furthermore, the use of unethical or immoral tactics to promote or advertise Xyber Club will not be tolerated. This includes, but is not limited to, signing up for multiple Writers Cup accounts in an attempt to generate income through what is generally considered a "pyramid" or "chain letter" structure. Any member found doing so will have their membership immediately and permanently terminated.

Writers Cup will not be held responsible or liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage that may occur as a result of but not limited to interaction with associated websites or companies, downloading of files, installation and/or use of recommended programs or software.

Writers Cup has the right to modify this agreement and/or discontinue its services at any time. Other than factors beyond our control, Writers Cup will give all existing members prior notice should the need to discontinue our services arise.

Writers Cup has the right to cancel your account should you be found to have violated any of our terms and conditions.

PAYPAL

Both Writers Cup and PayPal are independent companies and are in no way affiliated with one another. PayPal is merely authorized to handle the processing of Writers Cup payments.

Paid membership fees are billed through PayPal each and every month and are non-refundable. To cancel a monthly paid membership and prevent further billing, log in to your PayPal account and cancel your original subscription.

Writers Cup will not be held responsible or liable for any problems, damages, or losses that may occur with regard to a member's direct association with PayPal or any other aspects of their PayPal account.

PRIVACY

Writers Cup will not share, sell, or give away any information regarding their members including but not limited to their name, email address, and income revenue.

Writers Cup reserves the right to use member email addresses for the purpose of periodically sending out information relevant to any and all aspects of Writers Cup membership and/or related products.

MEMBERSHIP STATEMENT

I have thoroughly read and understand the Writers Cup terms and conditions. I accept, that by opening a Writers Cup account, I am automatically agreeing to said terms and conditions.
